I currently reside in the Greater Kansas City metro area  and I enjoy seeing the smiles on others.​ I am originally from Memphis, TN where my passion for IT was born. I enjoy installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computers , electronics, and medical equipment.

 

I am a certified CompTIA A+ Technician, a certified CompTIA Network+ Technician, and I once owned my own computer repair business. Due to many unforeseeable issues and horrible business decisions, my business came to an early close. Determined to better educate myself to make wiser decisions, I returned to college where I obtained my BS in Electronic and Communication Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, my MBA in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from Walden University, a MS in Information Technology Systems Management from Capella University, and my MHA in Health Informatics.

 

I am a relaxed and fun loving person who loves coffee, technology, video games, programming, and sudoku.
